Health is a journey and a daily focus. It’s all about setting small achievable goals and starting to adopt little by little, day after day healthier behaviors. It’s okay if you failed sometimes, you can always try again and find a way to succeed at achieving your health goal, but what is most important in all this journey is to not forget to be kind to yourself.

How it All Started

From a young age, I knew that I want a career in a healthcare field. I always felt curious about learning and knowing more about health topics. After graduating from school in 2014, I decided to continue my studies in Nutrition and Dietetics and I was chosen between only fifteen persons to attend the program after successfully passing the entrance exam.

During my bachelor degree, I was blown away by all the misconceptions about food and nutrition that people have in their minds and I had before studying this field. Yes, I am not gonna say that I had a perfect relationship with food and my body, I always struggled with ups and downs AND IT’S OKAY If YOU ARE NOW STRUGGLING THE SAME, I understand you. But what I learned is that health is a journey and a daily practice, it’s all about setting small achievable goals and starting to adopt little by little, day after day healthier behaviors and I am here to help you learn how.

From my graduation ceremony 👩🏻‍🎓

After completing my master’s degree in Public Health in the end of the 2021, I wanted to start a Nutrition and Health blog because I’m passionate about creating health-related contents but at first I didn’t knew how to build a website and where to start. It was until February 2022 that I had the courage and motivation to start working on the blog with my brother Joseph who is a software engineer and who supported me in every step through the development of Vivre El Hayat Healthy. I wanted the website to be 100% about topics that I am passionate to talk about and I started to build the website by watching youtube videos and tutorials on how to create blogs and design websites and here you are now seeing the results of my work !
